Forge Digix provides professional digital services designed to help businesses establish, improve, and automate their digital operations.
Our primary services include:
The specific services, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for each engagement will be established in the relevant project proposal or service agreement.
Before starting a project, Forge Digix and the client will agree on the project’s requirements, deliverables, estimated timeline, and payment structure.
Depending on the nature of the engagement, the project agreement may include:
Work outside the agreed project scope will be treated as an additional request and may require a revised quotation, timeline, or separate agreement.
Forge Digix follows a structured payment process intended to provide transparency and accountability throughout project development.
Advance Payment: A 25% advance payment of the agreed project price is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sprint-Based Payments: The remaining 75% of the project price is divided into payments associated with agreed project sprints.
The number, duration, deliverables, and payment amounts of each sprint depend on the project’s size, complexity, and requirements.
The sprint structure and payment milestones will be communicated to the client before the project begins.
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. If a payment becomes overdue, Forge Digix may pause the affected work after providing reasonable notice, subject to the applicable agreement.
Additional work, approved change requests, and third-party expenses may be invoiced separately.
Forge Digix is committed to delivering agreed project requirements within the timelines established with the client.
Project timelines are determined by the scope of work, technical complexity, number of sprints, and required client participation.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed milestones and delivery commitments.
However, project schedules may require adjustment when delays result from circumstances such as:
Where a material delay becomes apparent, we will communicate with the client and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Any revised delivery commitment should be documented and agreed upon by both parties.
Forge Digix believes in accountability and honoring the commitments made to our clients.
Clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund if Forge Digix fails to deliver agreed project requirements within the committed timeline and does not provide an acceptable resolution.
Refund requests will be assessed based on:
When a delivery issue occurs, clients should contact us with the relevant project details. We will review the concern and seek an appropriate resolution, which may include completing outstanding work, agreeing on a revised delivery arrangement, or providing a partial or full refund where appropriate.
Refund eligibility may be affected by client-requested changes, missing client materials, delayed approvals, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed for a change of preference, cancellation without a service-related issue, or work that has already been completed and accepted, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Additional information is available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Forge Digix offers unlimited revisions within the originally agreed project scope during the applicable project development and review process.
Our revision policy is intended to ensure that clients are satisfied with the agreed deliverables without unnecessary restrictions on reasonable adjustments.
Revisions may include:
Major Change Requests: Requests that substantially expand or alter the approved project scope are not considered standard revisions.
Examples may include introducing new pages or modules, adding major functionality, changing the core project architecture, or requesting significant new integrations not included in the original agreement.
Such changes may require additional charges and timeline adjustments. Forge Digix will communicate the proposed cost and scope before proceeding with chargeable changes.
Unlimited revisions do not mean unlimited new development or unlimited expansion of the agreed scope.
Project deliverables may be submitted for review at agreed milestones or at the end of development.
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and communicating any required revisions or concerns.
A project is considered completed when the agreed deliverables have been provided and the applicable acceptance requirements have been satisfied.
Final delivery, deployment, access handover, and completion procedures will follow the relevant project agreement.
Outstanding payments must be settled according to the agreed payment schedule.
Forge Digix transfers ownership of the final, custom-created website or design deliverables to the client after receiving full payment for the applicable project, subject to the terms below.
Following full payment, the client receives ownership of the original deliverables specifically created for their project, as identified in the service agreement.
Client-provided trademarks, logos, content, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Pre-existing Forge Digix tools, reusable components, proprietary methods, and materials developed independently of the project remain the property of Forge Digix unless expressly transferred in writing. Where such materials are incorporated into a final deliverable, the client will receive the usage rights necessary for the agreed use of that deliverable, subject to the applicable agreement.
Third-party themes, plugins, software, stock assets, fonts, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their original licensing terms.
Until full payment is received, ownership of unpaid deliverables does not transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Forge Digix provides one month of complimentary post-delivery support for completed projects.
The free support period begins on the date of final project delivery or launch, as applicable and documented between Forge Digix and the client.
This support is intended to help clients address issues associated with the original project deliverables.
